The variety is a perennial creeping plant with creeping stems (stolons) capable of easily rooting at the nodes. It is characterized by white flower coloration, typical for this species.

The plant was used as a forage crop. Due to its history of origin, the variety is used in scientific research as a genetic resource for breeding work and comparison with modern varieties, particularly when studying seed germination rates under low-temperature conditions.
