The variety is a low-growing plant with short rhizomes and leaf petioles, characterized by a high frequency of white markings on the leaf blades. The variety possesses resistance to clover rot and nematodes, which ensures the longevity of the grass stand.

The plant demonstrates a high capacity for self-regeneration and contains a low level of cyanogenic glucosides. Due to its small-leaved nature and resistance to low mowing, the variety is suitable for lawn covers, and high grazing tolerance makes it an effective component for permanent pastures.
