The variety is an annual herbaceous plant with characteristic arrow-shaped leaves, often featuring a white V-shaped pattern. Plant height reaches 70–100 cm. In official catalogs, the variety belongs to the mid-maturity group.

The plant is primarily used in annual forage grass mixtures in combination with ryegrass, oats, and other legumes. The crop is valued for its high palatability, high nutritional value, and low risk of causing bloat in animals, while the well-developed root system provides drought tolerance.
