The winter triticale variety Amorozo was developed by the Hodowla Roślin Strzelce breeding center. The variety was intended primarily for forage purposes, which is consistent with the general focus of the developer's breeding work.
In 2015, the Amorozo variety was included in the lists of recommended winter triticale varieties for cultivation in certain regions of Poland. Current detailed morphological characteristics of the plant and data on its specific disease resistance are absent in current open publications.
