The variety is a hexaploid of the erythrospermum botanical variety. In its biological characteristics and appearance, it is closer to winter wheat. The plant is medium-tall, 100–110 cm in height, with a white, cylindrical, awned spike of medium density and large red caryopsis. The thousand kernel weight is 55–60 g.
The variety is suitable for grain and forage use, including the spirits industry and baking using rye technology. The protein content in the grain reaches 13–15%, lysine — 0.45–0.50%. The potential yield is up to 96.3 c/ha with stable performance of 65–80 c/ha.
