The variety is a spring form, however, it exhibits properties of an "alternative" crop, allowing it to be sown in both spring and autumn periods. The plant is characterized by a long stem and the presence of very short awns, which reduces the risk of oral mucosa irritation in livestock when the crop is used for feed.
Agrotechnically, the variety has moderate resistance to powdery mildew. Yield depends on growing conditions and soil type. Due to the possibility of late sowing, the variety is effective for use as a second crop in crop rotation and is suitable for the production of whole-plant silage for biogas plants.
