Variety description

The variety was obtained by crossing the three-species triticale variety «Розовская 6» with spelt wheat, followed by crossing the resulting hybrids with the spring triticale «Хлебодар харьковский». The basis of the variety was the selected specimen No. 491.

The plant is intended for grain production. Under state variety testing conditions, the average yield in the Polissia zone was 5.46 t/ha, and in the Forest-Steppe zone — 5.26 t/ha. The variety shows resistance to adverse environmental factors.

The grain is characterized by a protein content of about 13.1%, gluten content of 21.7%, test weight of 690 g/l and a thousand kernel weight of about 48.6 g.
