The variety was created by the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in the city of Novi Sad. Detailed information on the maturity group, plant height, resistance to lodging and diseases, as well as qualitative indicators of this variety's produce is absent in open sources and scientific publications.

The variety is mentioned in specialized literature as a genotype for hybridization in breeding work. The registration of the variety in a number of European crop catalogues has been withdrawn.
