The variety belongs to winter forms of triticale. Genetic analysis of the grain revealed specific features of the storage protein composition: this variety lacks a certain type of secalins (Gli-R2d).
The variety is included in the gene pool studies as a sample with an increased protein content in the grain, which varies within the range of 15–16%.
