The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, frost resistance, and drought tolerance, as well as high disease resistance. The thousand kernel weight is 40–46 g, protein content in the grain varies from 11 to 13.7%, gluten content in the flour is 24–28%, and flour strength is 80 E.A.
