The variety is a food crop. The plant genotype contains the Rht-D1b dwarfing allele, which determines its short stature. The variety belongs to the late-maturing group.

Studies confirm the presence of resistance genes to Septoria tritici blotch, Stb6 and Stb15, in the variety. The resistance of this variety to the furovirus causing wheat mosaic was also studied.
