The Aallotar spring soft wheat variety is characterized by a medium plant height of about 81 cm. According to the results of long-term variety trials, lodging resistance indicators are assessed as medium.

The plant is intended for cultivation in northern climatic conditions and use in the milling industry. The variety is characterized by a specific yield coefficient established during official evaluations in the period from 2005 to 2012.
