The variety is early-maturing, has a semi-erect tillering type, and is characterized by rapid spring development. The plant has short to very short straw, which ensures high lodging resistance.
The ear is white, of medium density, short to medium in size, with the presence of awnlet-like appendages in the upper part. The grain is red. The variety shows resistance to orange wheat blossom midge and possesses good general disease resistance.
According to the British nabim classification, it belongs to quality group 3. The main intended use includes milling for biscuit production, export supplies, and use in distillation.
