The variety was bred by crossing the varieties Garrus and LGW77. Plants have an average height of about 86 cm. The ear is white, of medium length and density, parallel in shape, with long awn-like appendages in the upper quarter.
The variety is suitable for cultivation on heavy soils; late sowing dates are preferred. It shows high resistance to lodging, yellow rust, and brown rust, as well as to septoria. Moderate susceptibility to powdery mildew and the presence of genetic resistance to the orange wheat blossom midge are noted.
