The variety is mid-late and is characterized by a short stature. The plants possess an erect juvenile growth habit, waxy bloom on the stem and flag leaf, while leaf blades, sheaths, and auricles lack pubescence. The variety is noted for good resistance to lodging.

In agronomic terms, the variety is prone to susceptibility to Septoria leaf blotch and powdery mildew, and also exhibits sensitivity to soil salinity, which can negatively affect productivity and grain size. The grain of the variety is used in the food industry for the production of pasta and bread.
