The plant is medium-tall with a semi-erect habit. The spike is of medium length and dense structure; upon ripening, it turns white and is covered with a slight waxy bloom. The glume is pubescent on the outside, the shoulder is of medium width and arcuate in shape with the presence of a second tooth, and the awn tip is short and straight.
The variety is mid-early in terms of heading time. Its grain is tested for protein content, wet gluten, and vitreousness. It is intended for use in the food industry, in particular, for the production of high-quality semolina and pasta products.
