The variety belongs to the spring form of durum wheat. The plant is characterized by medium height and high resistance to lodging. On the maturity and heading scale, the variety shows average values, the resistance index to powdery mildew and brown rust is 5 points.

The grain of the variety contains a high level of protein, carotenoids, vitamin E, and gluten, which makes it suitable for the production of semolina and pasta products. A number of studies note a tendency of this variety to increased cadmium accumulation in the grain composition.
