The durum spring wheat variety "Larisa yantarnaya" belongs to the leucurum variety. It is a mid-season, tall plant with a semi-erect habit and a weakly filled stem. The variety is characterized by good pasta-making qualities, lodging resistance, and drought tolerance.

The soft winter wheat variety "Larisa" is a separate crop used in the baking industry as a good filler. In the Russian Federation, this variety is included in the State Register for the Central Black Earth region.
