The variety was obtained as a result of crossing Creso and Isa and genetically belongs to the group of varieties created on the basis of using lines of the Creso variety. The plant is intended for the production of pasta.

The variety is characterized by a medium or low stem height, which ensures resistance to lodging. The thousand kernel weight is about 42.3 g. The variety was used in scientific research as a reference sample and an object for studying the genetics of disease resistance, in particular to leaf rust.
