The plant of the Vicktoriya variety is medium-height with a semi-erect habit. The spike is dense, of medium length, turns white upon ripening, and is covered with a slight waxy bloom. The glume has pubescence on the outer side, an arc-shaped shoulder, and a short straight beak.

The grain has a semi-elongated shape and is characterized by good plumpness, with a thousand kernel weight above average standards. The variety is mid-early in terms of heading time, and is at the level of standard varieties in terms of resistance to lodging and shattering.

The produce is suitable for the pasta industry due to high vitreousness and high-quality gluten. The variety demonstrates crude protein content indicators above average standards and belongs to the medium-strength wheat group.
