The variety «Vettore» is an Italian durum wheat cultivar. The variety received its name in honor of Mount Vettore, which is the highest point in the Marche region.

The variety has featured in a number of agronomic studies where grain quality indicators such as test weight, protein content, gluten index, and yellow index were evaluated. The variety was also studied for susceptibility to Fusarium head blight caused by the fungus Fusarium graminearum.
