The plant reaches a height of about 55 cm. On the outside, the petals are dark blood-red with blood-red edges and a green-yellow base. The inside of the petals is bright blood-red with a yellow base. The anthers are black-brown in color, and the flower stalk is fern-green.

The leaves are dark green with a baryta-yellow margin. The variety belongs to the group of mid-flowering Triumph tulips, the flowering period of which usually falls in April-May. The crop is used in industrial cultivation, floristry, and ornamental gardening.
