Variety description

The Brindisi tulip belongs to the group of early double varieties. The flower has a peony-like shape; its color is deep pink, often with white streaks or lighter shades. The plant height reaches 40 cm, the cup height is up to 7 cm, and the diameter when fully open is 7–8 cm.

The variety is intended for landscaping and forcing, including in water. It requires a cooling period at a temperature of +9°C lasting from 13 to 20 weeks; the start of forcing in a greenhouse is possible from January 15. The stems of the variety are characterized by their strength, and the petals retain their freshness for a long time after cutting.
