The variety belongs to the Crown tulip group. The flower has an unusual shape resembling a crown and a dense, leathery petal texture. The coloring is bicolored: the primary tone is saturated red or pinkish-red with a contrasting white or cream border along the edges.

The peduncle height is 40–55 cm; the goblet reaches 10 cm in height and up to 13 cm in diameter. The stem is strong and wind-resistant. The variety blooms in mid-late periods, in April–May, maintaining its decorative quality for up to three weeks.

The plant is frost-resistant (zones 3-4) and disease-resistant. The variety is versatile: suitable for cultivation in open field, forcing in containers, and use in floristry due to long-lasting shape retention in cut form.
