The Estafette tulip variety belongs to the class of fringed tulips. The flowers have a pure white color and needle-like fringe along the petal edges. The height of the goblet-shaped buds is 8–9 cm, while the total height of the flower stalks reaches 50–55 cm, sometimes up to 80 cm.

The variety is late-flowering; blooming occurs in late April – early May. The plant is characterized by sturdy flower stalks, resistance to adverse weather conditions, winter hardiness, and high resistance to bulb diseases. It is used for decorating flower beds, borders, and garden compositions.
