The variety belongs to the 7th class of fringed tulips. The plant has an average height, and flowering in open field conditions usually occurs in April.

The petals are colored red with yellow, and a characteristic needle-like fringe is present on the edges. The variety is suitable for forcing using treatment at 9 degrees Celsius.
