The variety belongs to the fringed tulip group. Flowers are large, goblet-shaped, and have characteristic needle-like fringe along the edges of the petals. The petal color is yellow with longitudinal red streaks that become more saturated during flowering.
Plant height ranges from 30 to 50 cm. Foliage is dark green, broad-lanceolate, and slightly curved. Flowering occurs in April-May. The variety is intended for landscaping and is suitable for cutting; it requires areas without stagnant moisture in the soil.
