Variety description

The variety belongs to the Double Late tulips group. The stems reach a height of 40–50 cm. The large peony-like flower bud reaches 8–10 cm in diameter when open. The main color of the petals is yellow with red or crimson streaks; greenish shades are possible on the outer petals, and the petal edges may be wavy.

The plant has frost resistance (USDA zone 3). The variety is suitable for decorating flower beds, borders, container cultivation, and winter forcing. Bulb transplanting is recommended every 4–5 years. Due to the weight of the double flower buds, the plant stems may droop.
