The variety belongs to the Crown tulips and possesses a characteristic bud shape with a wavy edge resembling a crown. The petals have a leathery texture. The flower color is intense cherry-red. The plant height reaches 35 cm, and the bud size is approximately 7 cm.

This variety is mid-season flowering; the flowering period in the open field occurs in late April — early May. The bud retains a goblet shape and does not open for up to two weeks. The plant has a hardiness zone of 3, which allows it to be grown without cover in most regions.
