The variety belongs to the Single Late tulip class. The plant is characterized by a strong flower stem reaching 75 cm in height and a dense goblet about 7 cm high.

The appearance of the flower is a dense blood-red goblet with a distinct yellow base. The variety is intended for cut flowers and is suitable for forcing.
