The variety belongs to the Single Late tulip group. The plant has strong, wind-resistant flower stalks reaching a height of 50–70 cm. The foliage is green.
The flower has a goblet shape and a lemon-yellow color, with a diameter of 5 to 10 cm. The petals are glossy; when fully open, their tips may become pointed and slightly recurve outward.
The variety is late-flowering, with the flowering period occurring in late April and May. The plant is frost-hardy and suitable for USDA zones 3–9. It is used in landscape design and is suitable for cutting and forcing.
