The Mystic Van Eijk variety is a sport of the Van Eijk variety. The flower petals have a soft pink or coral-pink color with apricot shades and possible scarlet-red streaks. When fully open, the flower diameter reaches 12 cm. The height of the adult plant varies from 40 to 75 cm. The flower has a pleasant sweet fragrance.

The plant belongs to mid-season varieties with a flowering period in April–May. The variety possesses high disease resistance, as well as strong peduncles that withstand the effects of wind and rain. Frost resistance corresponds to USDA zone 3a. The variety is suitable for landscaping, cut flowers, and container cultivation. Forcing is possible from mid-January if the cooling regime is maintained for 14–16 weeks.
