The Park View variety belongs to the Fosteriana tulip group. The plant is short, reaching a height of about 25 cm. The flowers have a simple single form, with a length of 8.5–9 cm. The petal color is solid, ranging in orange-red tones.

The variety blooms in March. The plant is well-adapted to garden conditions, preferring sunny sites and well-drained soils. The variety is versatile in its use: it is suitable for flower beds and borders, container growing, and cutting.
