Variety description

The variety belongs to the parrot tulip class. The plant reaches 40–60 cm in height. The flowers have large, twisted, wavy and deeply fringed petals, resembling the feathers of an exotic bird, and reach 10–12 cm in diameter when fully open.

The color of the petals is purple-violet, with a satin or silky sheen. The variety is mid-season flowering. Due to the heavy buds, the plants can be damaged by strong wind or rain.

The variety is suitable for forcing and is used in landscape design for decorating gardens, parks, borders, as well as for creating floral arrangements in flowerpots and containers.
