The variety has a height of 40–50 cm and a mid-season flowering period, occurring in April–May. Flowers reach 12–15 cm in diameter. The petals are cream-yellow, transitioning to pink or light red, with a characteristic bright yellow or orange fringe along the edges.
The plant is resistant to diseases and pests. The variety is suitable for cultivation in flower beds, gardens, for mass planting, and for cut flowers. In professional sources, there are differences in the classification of the variety, where it is defined either as a fringed tulip or as a representative of the Fosteriana group.
