The variety is a double variation of the Rococo tulip. The flowers have a highly fringed, serrated shape characteristic of parrot tulips. The petal color is bright red with splashes of green, yellow, and dark purple. The plant has a light fragrance.
Plant height ranges from 30 to 50 cm. Flowering occurs in mid-to-late spring, in the period from April to May. The variety is hardy, has strong stems, and frost resistance down to -20°C. It is used in ornamental gardening, container gardening, and floristry.
