The flowers of the variety are large, reaching 8–10 cm in diameter, and can be single or multi-flowered. The height of the plant ranges from 20 to 40 cm. The leaves possess the decorative marbling characteristic of the Greigii group with dark or purple streaks.

The variety is early-flowering; the flowering period covers April and May. The plant is frost-hardy and adapted to various weather conditions, suitable for planting in containers, borders, and rock gardens.
