The variety belongs to the parrot tulip group. The flowers have a characteristic wavy petal structure with uneven edges; their length and height are approximately 6–6.5 cm. The flower color is solid, in purple or medium-purple tones.
The plant is used as an ornamental for growing in gardens, pots, and as floristic material for bouquets. The variety prefers sites with full sun exposure and well-drained soils.
