Variety description

The variety belongs to the parrot tulip group. The flower is characterized by a cardinal-red color, with the petals often showing a lighter shade at the tips and a dark streak along the back. The base of the flower is black with a yellow margin. The petals have the deep fringes and outgrowths along the edges typical of the group.

Plant height varies from 40 to 92 cm depending on growing conditions. The variety originated as a sport of the variety «Prominence». It is used for planting in gardens and parks, and is suitable for cutting and forcing. Due to the large flowers and structural features, it is recommended to place it in areas protected from strong wind.
