Variety description

The Foxtrot tulip variety belongs to the group of double early varieties. The flower is large, 8–12 cm in diameter, and resembles a peony in shape. The petal color is soft pink with white or cream iridescence and streaks.

The plant reaches a height of 30–45 cm and has a sturdy stem that supports the heavy bud. The variety blooms in April–May and is characterized by high winter hardiness and good resistance to adverse weather.

The plant has a light fragrance and retains freshness for a long time when cut. The variety is suitable for forcing with a cooling period of about 16 weeks at a temperature of +9°C, and is used for landscaping gardens, flower beds, and container cultivation.
