The plant has high vigor and an upright bush habit, well adapted to the climatic conditions of the Coastal Plains and Piedmont regions. The chill requirement for this variety is 500–550 hours at 7°C or below.

The variety is early-maturing; berry ripening in southern Georgia occurs in the first week of June. The fruit is very large, weighing over 3.0 g, firm, medium-blue in color, with a small dry stem scar. Sensitivity to fruit cracking during rainfall at ripening has been noted.
