The variety forms low, squat, compact rosettes about 10 cm in height. The leaves are dark green or medium green, rounded, spoon-shaped or shell-shaped, and slightly upward-curved.

The period from sowing to harvest averages 65 days. The plant possesses high resistance to cold and frost, is undemanding to soil, and can be grown both in open fields and in greenhouses or containers.

The leaves have a mild nutty flavor. The variety is intended for fresh consumption or as a garnish. Recommended sowing dates fall within the period from July to October.
