The plant forms a compact rosette of tender and thick leaves of an elongated spatulate shape, the color of which varies from light to dark green. The height of the rosette usually does not exceed 10 cm; flower stalks during bolting reach 30 cm.

The variety is early-maturing and possesses resistance to low temperatures, which allows it to be cultivated during the autumn-winter and spring periods. The leaves have a mild, slightly sweet taste and store well after harvesting.

The variety is versatile in its application, suitable for open and protected cultivation, as well as growing in containers. The recommended sowing pattern is approximately 20×5–10 cm.
