Variety description

The plant is a medium to large-sized evergreen tropical epiphytic orchid, reaching a height of 1–1.5 meters. The leaves are strap-shaped, dark green, up to 40 cm long; the root system is robust, with developed aerial roots growing from the main stem.

Inflorescences are formed in the leaf axils and can contain up to 8 large waxy flowers with a diameter of over 10 cm. The petals and sepals are flat in shape and purple in color with an intense mosaic or reticulated pattern.

The variety is thermophilic and requires maintenance at temperatures above 15°C. For successful development, high air humidity (70–80%), active air circulation, intense lighting, and regular fertilization during the growing season are necessary.
