Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 30–38 cm and forms a compact, well-branching bush with dark green foliage. The inflorescences are dense vertical "candles" of a purple-violet color. Removing faded inflorescences may induce repeat flowering.
The variety is undemanding, requiring planting in full sun in well-drained soils. The plant is sensitive to waterlogging, which can trigger crown rot. It is used for mixed borders, mass plantings, and container cultivation, and attracts bees and butterflies.
