Variety description

The plant has a dense bushy form and retains its decorative appeal after flowering ends. The stems are characterized by rigidity and resistance to lodging, which eliminates the need for staking.
Flowering lasts from late spring to mid-summer; repeat flowering is possible if spent inflorescences are removed. For full development, the variety requires vernalization. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 4–8.
The variety is drought-tolerant after rooting, tolerates soil salinity, and is resistant to deer browsing. Some susceptibility to powdery mildew is noted. Used in mixed borders, edging, containers, and for cutting.
