Variety description

The plant forms a neat, dense and well-branched bush 20 to 50 cm tall. The leaves are dark green, lanceolate, with serrated edges and a wrinkled texture. Small flowers of an indigo shade are gathered in narrow vertical racemes.

Flowering begins in June–July and may continue until autumn, with the flowers opening from the bottom up. The variety has high disease resistance and frost resistance in USDA zones 3–9. Used for designing mixed borders, flower beds, rock gardens, and for cultivation in containers.
