Veronica «Champseiont» is an evergreen compact dense shrub reaching a height of 45–60 cm. The plant possesses characteristic black shoots and small rounded leaves that acquire a bronze shade at a young age, dark green in summer, and purple in the autumn-winter period.

Flowering occurs from late spring to summer. Slender spike-like inflorescences consist of delicate violet-blue flowers that lighten to an almost white tone as they fade.

The plant is intended for creating borders, group plantings, and container cultivation. The variety tolerates formative pruning well after flowering is completed. The crop requires well-drained soils, a sunny location, and is sensitive to severe frosts, which limits its cultivation to USDA zones 8b–9b.
