The green foliage turns a distinct fiery red in autumn. Large glossy red fruits ripen in mid-summer. The variety is characterized as winter-hardy (USDA zones 5–9) and low-maintenance. Suitable for use as a specimen plant, for hedges, or for container cultivation.
