Variety description

The shrub reaches a height of 1.5 to 3 meters and is used in ornamental gardening as a solitary plant or a container plant. The leaves are ovate with a serrated edge, turning a burgundy-purple color in the autumn.

The plant possesses good frost resistance and prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with humus-rich, nutritious soils. The flowers are fragrant, double, white in color with a gradual transition to a pink shade; the fruits are black-red berries.
